CLASS Observations
Preschool Quality provides Infant, Toddler, and Preschool CLASS observations from certified CLASS observers. Observations may be done via video conferencing, by a recorded video, or in person. Pricing: -Basic Observation: Overall score, score in each domain, dimension, and range at each indicator level $30 per 15-20 min cycle -Detailed Observation: Overall score, score in each domain, dimension, and range at each indicator level Plus Detailed feedback on things that were done well and how teachers can improve their score at each dimension level (Provided in written and audio form) $50 per 15-20 min cycle *There is an additional $25 per day for an in person local observations
Continuing Education
Preschool Quality offers customizable continuing education programs for early childhood professionals working with children birth through pre-kindergarten. Continuing education programs are customizable and may include: Virtual training seminars, in person trainings at staff meetings, assistance in recording/ editing center specific training/ onboarding videos, and “quick tips” where staff can receive continuing education gradually throughout the year through easy to digest weekly text messages. 1-1 Coaching
Every teacher, no matter how long they have been in the field, has room to improve their effectiveness in the classroom. However, generic continuing education classes do not always address teachers’ specific needs or answer their unique questions. That is where 1-1 coaching comes in. PQ provides customizable 1-1 coaching packages to meet the specific needs and learning styles of early childhood educators. Some centers choice to have coaches work alongside teachers in the classroom; providing instant instructional coaching. Others opt for having access to virtual meetings where teachers can talk through their specific questions. Others decide that having access to a coach they can periodically receive and send texts to is the best option for them. No matter your specific needs, PQ is here to help.
